I have narrowed it down to the 6 lug 14 bolt semi-float. These axels came in 2WD and 4WD configurations, apparently on some K1500's (very rare) and some 2500's (both 2 and 4WD). The code means 3.73 ratio, but apparently not the type of rear, since the new one is a 14 bolt and the old one is a 10 bolt.
