Aeon gives you some amazing buff spells you wouldn't get from your Druid list, various gazes to mess with your enemies, and buffs to your summons (which you have a lot of, as a Druid). Aeon also gives you some immunities which, stacked with an elemental wildshape, should make you just about untouchable.
