You need a inch lbs dial torque wrench, then you need to connect it to the input shaft, I have made sockets from old rag-joints and welded a socket to them. Other than getting to it, if you are feeling power steering lines you are too far back-go forward. You are probably going to have to remove the upper fan shroud to get in there and adjust it. I added oil back, had buddy turn wheel slightly side to side and it was a gusher. I had to replace a steering gearbox only 6months old. Garbage rebuild.
