The alcohol might take the glue off and it is relatively low risk as long as you rinse it off after you are done. WebJust a tiny bit of peanut butter on a bit of paper towel. Rub with your finger tip,or finger nail if really stubborn adhesive. then wipe with clean bit of paper towel to finish. Also seems to improve surface luster of boxes to like new.
