Web27 jun. 2024 · Lately we have been using the Magic tractor paint with hardner and a 7.00 harbor freight HVLP spray gun. The paint also comes in matching rattlecan so it's easy to patch later. We have been using it on farm implements and dirt track modified tube frames and it holds up very well and is durable. I suggest using the Magic hardener. As far as cost, a spray can of Case-IHC paint is about $12, and cheap-o paint is what, $6? Difference in a 6-pack of paint spray paint cans works out to be 6 x $6 = $36. That ain't much.
