IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION WebbPRRT is effective not only in G1 and G2 tumours, but also in G3 tumours [Citation 34, Citation 35]. Most centres administer PRRT as four cycles of 177 Lu-DOTATATE/DOTATOC, with 8 weeks intervals. In current protocols, long-acting SSA treatment is interrupted 4–6 weeks before PRRT in order not to block the SSTRs.
