Web7 Mar 2024 · Yes, you book the hotel on rocketmiles and when you go to pay for your reservation you'll see the box that asks you to add your AA account. I just completed my first stay and everything went fine, no complaints. Just have to wait for the miles to post now, which sounds from the other posts like it will be a week or two.
