WebTopps redemptions are so bad. how hard is it to manufacture a scratch off! Same here. People say mail it in. People say chat with topps CS. I think they’ll take care of it. I rubbed of 3 numbers but two had pieces there. I made a system of elimination and after around 200 or so combinations I hit pay dirt.
