WebPaid $150 for them to diagnose problem, which they then sent off to manufacturers for repairs. 6 weeks later product returned, bought home, would not start. This process was repeated another 2 times with different problems being diagnosed, however each time taking at least 4-6 weeks to get returned. WebI was a Umart customer back in the early 2000 when they first opened and I had an Internet and LAN gaming Centre. I've been out of the PC world for 14yrs now and haven't build my own PC in about 7 years. Im so out of the loop, so their advice and information made a daunting process easier. We worked together on the parts and Umart did the build.
